Six medical students at Alfaisal University spent the summer at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in the USA learning basic-science research techniques and investigating diabetes, preeclampsia, obesity and other diseases. Their physiology professor, Dr. Ali A. Khraibi, arranged the visit with UMMC.
